Story time.
My journey of self-improvement began over 15 years ago, yet my quest for understanding started even earlier. As a curious child and a teenager full of questions, I sought answers that now shape my life.
In my early 20’s I enrolled in the deeper emotional journey to my core. I initially met my own “stuff” with skepticism and a bit of denial. In the past 17 years of inner journeying my life threw challenges at me, including a divorce and the realization that my business was not fulfilling. Along the way, I embraced various healing techniques while continually expanding my knowledge.
Now residing in LA, I've embraced a simpler life, deepening my connection with my core self, my “Yiddishkeit”, and my community, all while prioritizing family and continuous learning.
My mission has evolved to guide others in achieving their goals, leveraging their unique strengths with what I have learned through my journey and training to help them carve their paths. Together, we'll unlock your potential and your innate strengths.

Training
I guess it's time to talk about my training, though truth be told, life and my close mentors have been my greatest teachers. It's the experiences, the struggles, and those moments of 'aha' that have taught me the most and continue to do so every day. Sure, I have formal training, but it's the journey of living, learning, and growing through life's challenges that truly shapes my approach and understanding.
